Jack Bruce Robin Trower - Seven Moons

‘Seven Moons’ is the album from a new project that borders on that much overused description of being a ‘supergroup’ - but this time we have bona fide, genuine legends: Cream’s bassist and vocalist Jack Bruce, and Procol Harum (plus a 70’s superstar in his own right) six stringer, ol’ Trout face himself (!) Robin Trower.

Renowned blues guitarist Stephen Dale Petit took to the halls of ACM to share his experience and love of all things blues with guitar students. Gary Moore Interview

Career Retrospective

It might be the biggest thing you ever did." I laughed, you know. He laughed, too. But I did, and he was right, and it was." Gary Moore, speaking of a moment leading up to the making of his "Still Got The Blues" album, released in 1990.

John Mayall & The Blues Breakers

johnmayall_2_sm.jpg

Picture a dark, raining, and cold November night and I am heading off to see John Mayall and the Blues Breakers (this time around with Buddy Wittington on Guitar) in Cambridge, UK. The Corn Exchange is the biggest venue in Cambridge, with a capacity of around 1500-2000, and is not the best for sound being a very tall wooden roofed building - which results often in a lot of muffled tone.
