Today's Elevenses Throws Eleven Quick Questions At 'Melodic Lightning' Edward Box!

Edward Box was born and raised in Cumbria on a diet of British and LA metal. At the age of 14 he discovered the joys of Van Halen and embarked on an odyssey that has seen many highs and lows. He is currently promoting 'Tyranny of Minority', his first album of vocal songs with his metal band VENDETTA and plays Kimbolton Town Hall on 15th March 2008.

2008 looks like being an incredibly busy year for all of us at Alloutguitar.com with the imminent launch of Guitar Idol - not to mention many of us having new personal challenges and musical career opportunities. In the first of a series, AOG regular contributor and guitar great Edward Box gives us a personal look back at 2007.

2008 promises to be a good year! For albums we have the return of the mighty Judas Priest with their first ever concept album based on the prophecies of Nostradamus. A world tour is set to start in June. I'm a huge fan and can't wait to hear what they've come up with. For guitar nuts we also have the Satriani/Gilbert tour which is surely the guitar gig of the year.
