Freak out. Disco I know, but I was like 8 years old and the funky riff blew me away. And What Album? Kiss Double Platinum.
Tommy Emmanual - Acoustic
Michael Landau - Electric
John Williams - Classical
Paco De lucia - Flamenco.
Chuck Stohl. A former teacher and friend from Toledo Ohio. Or maybe Lenny Breau.
Just returned from some travelling to Asia. 8 shows in 12 days in 5 countries. I was there promoting Fender and my group Cosmosquad.
I’ve also been in the studio doing a record with Chad Smith of the Chili Peppers. Also in the lineup is Ed Roth and my good old friend and soul brother Kevin Chown. Yet to be named. It’s a 70’s funk, rock, fusion sort of thing due out early 08.
For relaxation…… I spent 7 days on a cruise with my 2 year old daughter. Fabulous time!

Allen Hinds in Studio City, very underrated guitarist. Last concert was Van Halen. They delivered the goods except for the missing Michael Anthony.
John Paul Jones on bass, Bonzo or Abe Jr. on drums, Jimmy Gnecco (Ours) on Vocals and say Malcolm Young on Rhythm. I don’t if I should play at all. Just listen. Trading eights with Neil Schon.
I own about 50 guitars. I have 2 favs... My 61 strat. Then there’s my Hondo 2 les paul copy that I started on, then sold in 81, and just got back in the same condition, same strap and all. It reminds me of why I started and how it felt to get from nothing to Eruption.
Ray Charles sings, Basie swings.
No. Never have. I get nervous if I have a tech that can’t make my stuff work as we are taking the stage...
Anything in a green bottle. Hahn, Grolsch, Steinlager and plenty of them. It’s one of my weaknesses.
